  • Have you made a firm decision to quit smoking for good?

  • Do you have your own compelling reasons for wanting to quit? (Not having to quit, you’ve known that for a long time, but wanting to quit. And not because your mother or your spouse, or anyone else, wants you to. It must be your own reason)

  • Are you ready to be a nonsmoker for the rest of your life?

If you answered with an unconditional “Yes!” to those three questions, you’ve come to the right place.

Nancy can help you to make it easy for yourself. It is a process in which you participate fully, and your unconscious mind is brought into alignment with your conscious goal, bringing all of its considerable resources to bear upon ensuring your success.

Some people want to cut down gradually, to then be a nonsmoker for the rest of their lives. This can be done in a period of up to 4 weeks, never more. In this case you would have weekly sessions for the length of time you decide on. Each week you  reduce your cigarette consumption by a certain amount to be determined during the first session, depending on the amount you have been smoking until then. You will learn EFT to help with any cravings, and also be given instructions about breaking up the habit, that you must follow exactly for you to reach your goal of being a non smoker. Each week you will have a hypnosis session that will help you to make it easy for yourself to follow the instructions exactly. You will be expected to pay for all four sessions at the first appointment, and it is non-refundable. If you don’t have that kind of commitment, it wouldn’t work anyway.

Most people want to quit all at once, in one session. The decision as to which course to take, is always yours, and depends on what you are convinced will work best for you.

Your hypnotherapist, Nancy, will take some time to ask you some thorough questions about the smoking habit you used to have, so that she can personalize her approach for you, so that you can be comfortable with being a nonsmoker from that day forward. She will teach you EFT, so that you can use it yourself whenever you want to, also on other issues that are not related to smoking. And she will explain how hypnosis works, dispelling all the myths and misconceptions that surround hypnosis, so that you understand what hypnosis is, and is not.

Hypnosis and EFT can work together to eliminate the cravings. You will cease to care whether you have a cigarette or not. This eliminates the tendency to replace smoking with eating, so you do not have to gain weight.
